Shipping policy

1. Shipping Rates & Fees

  • Free shipping on all orders over R700.
  • Orders below R700 are subject to a R100 delivery fee.
  • All orders are shipped via postnet to nearest postnet.
  • We do not charge any handling fees.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are dispatched within one working day after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery timeframes:
    • 2 – 5 business days for main cities.
    • Up to 7 business days for outlying areas.
  • All orders are shipped via postnet to nearest postnet.
  • Orders are shipped only on business days.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the following working day.

3. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email with a link to track your package.
  • Customers can use the postnet website to check delivery updates.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship nationwide within South Africa.
International shipping is currently not available as a standard option. 

5. Failed Deliveries & Returns

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address the courier may attempt redelivery. If redelivery is unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.
